A little off the beaten path with no road noise, just beautiful scenery and quiet. Planned to stay 2 nights but stayed 5 instead. Easy access to West Yellowstone entrance and horseback riding is nearby. Also, near ATV trails.
Easy access to I-80 and they have all the perks. Paved streets, concrete pads, pool and dog runs. The only drawback we saw was the relatively close sites but they do a good job of spreading RVs out throughout the park. We visited twice during summer of 2009.
Nice campground right on the Yellowstone river between Livingston MT and Gardiner MT. Great fire ring near the store to gather to meet neighbors and eat Great ice cream from the store. Visited here also in 2007 and will be back when in the area.
Absolutely beautiful park and it can truly be called a 'resort'. Paved roads, long paved sites, cabins, swimming, tennis, horseshoes, and basketball. Easy access to I-90, Spearfish, Deadwood, Lead, Sturgis and Black Hills attractions. Great weekly rates and plenty to do for the week. We will be back.
